Heidi Klum, 52, stuns in daring new bikini shoot

The supermodel shows she has lost none of her power in a stunning new swimwear campaign.

Heidi Klum has made it abundantly clear that age holds no sway over her, turning heads with a series of eye-catching bikini photographs that radiate her trademark confidence and easy glamour.

The 52-year-old supermodel fronts a new campaign for Italian beachwear brand Calzedonia, posing against a calm ocean backdrop that gives the images a quiet drama all of their own. From sculpted silhouettes to sun-warmed skin, every frame shows Klum entirely at ease and completely in command of her image.

In one standout look, she wears a soft ivory bandeau bikini with delicate gold hardware, the understated design drawing the eye to her toned figure. Arms raised above her head and hair falling in loose, beachy waves, the shot manages to feel both intimate and quietly powerful — a timely reminder of why she has remained one of fashion's most enduring faces.

Elsewhere in the shoot, she reclines poolside in a shimmering gold two-piece, the metallic fabric catching the light and lending the whole thing a touch of old-Hollywood elegance.

Klum has never been one to shy away from showing off her figure, and she is refreshingly matter-of-fact about it. "I've been photographing nude or in lingerie since 1992, way before Instagram," she told People magazine. "For the past 15 years, other people are now doing what I've been doing for 30 years. Instead of being in my little bottoms in a magazine, I'm on Instagram. It's the same thing."

She is equally straightforward when it comes to the question of confidence. "People always say, 'You probably got more confident as you've gotten older,' but I have always been confident," she said. "I have no problem walking around in my underwear. I'm not hiding in a corner."

The German-born model has also spoken openly about her relaxed attitude to the body, which she puts down partly to her European upbringing. "When I'm suntanning in the backyard, I might not have a top on," she told People. "My kids don't know me any other way and are probably more easygoing with their bodies because of it."
