The first official photo of Sophie Turner as Lara Croft has just been released, and it’s fair to say she looks the part. Amazon MGM Studios is turning Tomb Raider into a big-budget TV series, and fans are already buzzing about this new version of the legendary adventurer.

The promo shot from January 2026 is a massive nod to the original 90s games. Turner is seen sporting the iconic gear:
